We’ve been getting brides-to-be into amazing shape for years.  When you hire a personal trainer you’ve got plenty of options.  Unfortunately many fitness trainers are actually not in good shape themselves and if you ask them about a strategic plan for your success most of them will just get confused…

These HIGHLY FOCUSED programs fast and predictable results.  For the most extreme changes a proper nutrition plan must be followed in addition to personal training.

Weeks 1 & 2: This is when Jed will shock your body with his fitness training style.  For up to two weeks you’ll be sore and possibly a bit sluggish.  You must persist.  The rewards are worth it.

Weeks 3 & 4: You’ll begin to look and feel different.  You will start to see a tighter, firmer body in the mirror.  Your friends will probably start to notice the changes you’re going through.  Your body fat percentage is dropping.

Weeks 5 & 6: Now you’re really shaping up.  If your primary goal is weight loss you may still have more work to do but at this point you’ve developed a high percentage of quality lean muscle (not bulk).  The more lean mass you build the faster you’ll reduce body fat.

Week 7 & Beyond: Your training program is all about you, now more than ever.  As you keep pressing forward your program is focused in on all of the changes you still want to make before your wedding.  You’re tightening, toning, lifting certain areas, all with one goal – Perfection!
